Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed after business hours will begin processing on the next business day.
- Most orders require approximately 1 business day for processing before shipment.
- During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
All orders are subject to payment verification, age verification, and fraud screening before shipment.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, it will be shipped through one of our trusted shipping carriers.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days
- Military Addresses (AA/APO/FPO): Approximately 8–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, destination location, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Possible Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Tracking Your Order

Please allow sufficient time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:
- The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Orders may only be reshipped after the returned package is received and address details are confirmed
Failure to provide accurate information may result in shipping delays or delivery failure.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
All shipments are handled according to the policies and procedures of the selected shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us promptly with supporting information so that we may assist with the claims process where applicable.
To submit a shipping claim, customers may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Photos of damaged items or packaging
- Any additional information requested by the carrier
If tracking information confirms that a package has been marked as Delivered, replacement requests, refunds, and shipping claims may not be available. However, each situation may be reviewed individually at our discretion.
Loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery is not covered by shipping protection or warranty.
Replacement & Warranty Shipments
Approved replacement orders and warranty-related shipments are subject to carrier shipping policies and delivery timelines.
Any replacement shipment will be processed once the claim has been reviewed and approved by our support team.
